Graphic Design - Whether it is business cards, flyers, or t-shirt designs that you require, you are covered. I have experience in creating a variety of online and printed media. Small businesses and start-ups can benefit from the logo designs and business identities I develop. No job is too small or too large. Even photo editing, utilizing Photoshop, can be considered Graphic Design. Invitation cards for birthday parties or weddings are also another option. The list goes on.

4. How many years had you been working in the computer service industry? Over six years.
5. Why did you decide to go into the computer industry? I went into the computer industry to service the Bay Area (and the nation) of all computer needs, both large and small. I found that many companies may do website design, but do not offer graphic work. Or they may do word processing, but fail to deliver PowerPoint presentations. The vision I have is for a company that will handle the client’s computer needs in a wholesome sense.
6. How do you market yourself? Originally I began marketing myself solely through word-of-mouth. After I established a wonderful customer base and brought on board the brightest technicians, I advanced my advertising through local magazines and www.craigslist.com . And of course, I market myself using this website and the online portfolio.
7. How do you decide what to charge for services? What is the process? Every service is different. That is the exciting part of the business! I get to personalize the price quote for a job based on the nature of the job itself. If the work has a questionable length of work required, I price using flat rate fees. This assists the customer in saving and avoiding unpredictable costs. If the job is more predictable, then hourly rates are issued. 8. What is your highest priority in regards to your services? Customer satisfaction is always my top priority, and this value of mine is obvious to my existing customers.
